2. Subject of the contract

The webshop sells handmade candles and decorative products.

Products can be:

• in-stock (standard) products

3. Ordering process

The buyer places the selected product in the cart and then makes an offer to purchase it by finalizing the order. After sending the order, the service provider sends a confirmation email.

4. Prices

The prices shown are final retail prices. Shipping costs will be indicated separately during the order process.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in the webshop:

• Credit card payment

• PayPal payment

• Cash on delivery (only in Austria) 2€

In the case of PayPal payment, payment is made through the PayPal system, which has its own data protection policy.

6. Shipping

Delivery is carried out with the following service providers:

• GLS courier service

• Austrian post

• Packeta parcel point

The expected delivery time will be indicated during the order.

7. Right of withdrawal

For standard (in-stock) products

The buyer has a right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from receipt. The intention to withdraw must be indicated by e-mail. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. The product must be returned in an undamaged condition.

8. Complaint handling

The customer can report their complaint by e-mail. The service provider will strive to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

9. Data Management

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

These GTC are governed by the applicable laws. The service provider reserves the right to modify the GTC.
